Important: Our AI does not make hiring decisions. It provides

passwords at least twice a year.

Deletion Process
When retention periods expire or upon valid deletion requests:

Note: This service may have limitations based on technical feasibility.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can request restriction of processing in certain circumstances while we

Deletion
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You can request deletion of your personal information when:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected
- You withdraw consent and no other legal basis exists
- You object to processing and no overriding legitimate grounds exist

Note: Deletion requests from candidates will be communicated to
recruiters who have access to their data. Certain information may be retained if required by law or

lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Important: If you withdraw consent during an interview, the interview
may be terminated, and your partial responses may still be processed according to our retention policy.
