Acceptance of Terms

Accounts & Registration

Recruiter Accounts

Corporate Accounts Only

Recruiter accounts on Voxcruit are restricted to:

  • Verified corporate email addresses (no personal email services)
  • Legitimate businesses and recruitment agencies
  • Authorized representatives of hiring organizations

We reserve the right to reject any account registration that does not meet these criteria or appears to be fraudulent.

Candidate Access

Interview-Specific Access

Candidates access Voxcruit through unique interview links provided by recruiters. No separate account registration is required for candidates.

  • Time-limited based on the job's closing date
  • Single-use for interview completion
  • Protected by security measures to prevent unauthorized access

Candidate Responsibilities

Link Security

Candidates must keep interview links confidential and not share them with others.

Identity Verification

Candidates must participate in interviews personally and not use proxies or third parties.

Account Security

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Ensure your password is changed at least twice a year.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Log out after each session, especially on shared devices

This license does not include rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.

Data After Account Closure

Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention periods and then permanently deleted.

Voxcruit's AI systems are decision-support tools, not decision-makers. Important limitations include:

  • AI evaluations may contain errors or biases
  • Scores are based on algorithms, not human judgment
  • AI may not capture all relevant candidate qualities
  • Technical limitations may affect evaluation accuracy
  • AI should never be the sole basis for hiring decisions

Effect of Termination

  • Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You may continue to view your data while the account is active; however, no data export or download tools are currently available
  • Your data will be retained and deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect
